CREATIVE Real Estate Advisors, LLC was formed in 2019 in response to the rapidly-changing retail and office real estate landscape. While retail real estate is embracing pop-up shops and office buildings are increasingly leasing space to co-working operators, tens of thousands of commercial landlords who have built their businesses on traditional leasing models--and are left with fewer permanent tenancy options than ever before--can turn to CREATIVE to assist in multiple leasing-related capacities. We are also experienced tenant representatives.
